Driving Support for the Glioblastoma Research Organization

Community Member-Led Event

I’m endlessly grateful to the Glioblastoma Research Organization, who have not only helped me make more sense of it all but are also raising global awareness and supporting others like me living with Glioma 2 – Astrocytoma. Training for this marathon is helping me rebuild my strength, return to the basics, and become a better version of myself for my kids.

I believe I’ve been connected to this group and this cause for a reason — to learn, to give back, and to help others and families who face similar battles, and of course most importantly those with Glioblastoma.

It will be 326 days between the day I had surgery to remove as much of my brain tumor as possible and the day I run the Rome marathon. What’s happened since then is hard to put into words and even harder to truly understand unless medicine is your world.

Thank you for your support!
